For samples whose density falls between 1.00 and 1.05 g/ml, Brannan supplies the L50 hydrometer 10/368/0, built to BS 718:1991. The 10/368/0 is 330 mm long, divided in 0.0005 g/ml over its 0.050 g/ml span and adjusted at 20 °C, making it suited to liquids around the density of water. The 10/368/0 is UK-made and is packed in a protective, resealable plastic tube.
