Eight 50 ml cartridges of F65, 48 standard nozzles and 6 nozzle tips are included in Plastiform CA-F65-8. This semi-rigid grade is designed for mechanical clearance control and also serves for custom seals, plugs and joint masking when parts go through surface treatment.
Key features
- Cures to 65 Shore A, semi-rigid and inelastic
- Extraction stress limit of 5%, so best kept to simple shapes
- Can be sectioned with the Double Blade Cutter
- Contact checking with soft-material tools such as constant-pressure calipers is possible, though visual systems are recommended
