Palmer Wahl TCL301 is an economy general purpose thermocouple probe with a Delrin handle and a 0.125 in stainless steel shank, offered in 8, 24 or 48 in lengths. Type J and Type K models are standard, with Type T or E available on request. It is aimed at food service use, rated 32 to 200 °F (0 to 93 °C), and can go through a dishwasher for cleaning.
