Palmer Wahl's TC801 is a Type K immersion probe without a handle, made for fluids, corrosive mixtures, solder baths and viscous materials. The standard TC801 has a 10 in stainless steel shank of 1/8 in diameter; the TC801-24 extends to 24 in with a thicker 3/16 in shank. The probe is rated to 1600 °F.
