Palmer Wahl's 201 is a general-purpose platinum RTD immersion probe with a 5.75 in stainless steel shank of 0.125 in diameter and a Delrin handle. It handles liquids, foods, candy, granular materials and semi-solids up to 600°F, with a 1.7 second response in boiling water.
