The Palmer Wahl 114_Probe is a heavy duty platinum RTD piercing probe for semi-solids such as plastic melts, rubber, asphalt and frozen foods. Its thin-wall 0.125 in stainless shank is 4.5 in long and ends in a penetration tip, while an adjustable depth limiter sets how far it goes in. It is rated to 900 °F.
