With a 35 to 500 mm sensing distance, the OPTEX FA ZA-BL500M is the 1-output pigtail type of this built-in amplifier CMOS laser sensor. The ZA-BL500M belongs to the ZA-B background suppression family, which OPTEX FA offers as a lower-cost option to laser displacement sensors when detecting thin or transparent parts.
- Detects from 35 to 500 mm, with 32 to 550 mm shown on the display
- Linearity ±0.7 % of F.S. and repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm at 50 ms response
- ø4.5 mm 300 mm pigtail with M12 4-pin connector; minimum detectable step 7.6 mm
- Display resolution 0.1 mm; spot size approx. 5.8 x 2.1 mm at 500 mm
- IO-Link 1.1.4 with NPN/PNP selectable output on the ZA-BL500M; IP67 protection
