Mitutoyo 148-220-10 is a 0–6.5 mm analog micrometer head with 0.01 mm graduation and a flat spindle end. The stem is a 6 mm plain type. A knurled locking screw lets the spindle be fixed anywhere in its 0–6.5 mm travel. 0.5 mm of pitch and a hardened steel (> 60 HRC) face complete the 0–6.5 mm specification of 148-220-10.
