The LCD Plan UV 20x (378-892-8) is an infinity-corrected objective with N.A. 0.37, corrected for 266 and 550 nm for bright-field work in the UV range. Its working distance is 15.2 mm through the cover glass and 14.98 mm in air, and it compensates for a 0.7 mm SiO2 cover glass. The long-working-distance plan design suits bright-field inspection and laser applications.
