Matherne Mud Flow Sensors | Paddle Type, 97ZB0004 and 97TA0006 (4-20 mA)
Matherne mud flow sensors are paddle type units mounted on the return line, with the paddle reaching into the mud stream. As flow deflects the paddle, the sensor produces an analog signal proportional to paddle position for monitoring, display and recording. Two models are listed: the 97ZB0004 (equivalent to MFTX4A) drives a potentiometer for a DC analog signal, while the 97TA0006 uses a Hall effect sensor with a variable target to give a 4-20 mA output.
