Matherne Electronic Ton-Mile Monitoring System | Encoder + 0-1000 psi Sensor, IP66
The Matherne Ton-Mile Monitoring System tracks accumulated ton-miles on the drawworks wire so the crew knows when to slip and cut the worn section before it is overstressed. An encoder follows drawworks wire movement as the block travels, while a 0-1000 psi pressure sensor reads hook weight; the system computer converts both into ton-miles for display.
