It supplies the PD690S 690V AC proving unit with a TC71 hard carry case that also accommodates the existing indicator, so the two always travel together. The proving unit can be used without taking it out of the case, and the hard shell protects against sharp tools. It is recommended with the VI13800 or VI15000.
