The Martindale DT85 (part number MARDT85) is a dual-input differential thermometer that measures temperature at two points at once, displaying T1, T2 and T1-T2. It is supplied with K-type probes and covers -200 to 1372 °C. A set-up menu lets you create an offset between the two probes, and relative mode stores the last reading as a reference.
