This handheld digital refractometer is built for honey and measures water content (5 % - 38 %), Brix (0 % - 90 %), Baumé (33 °Bé - 48 °Bé) or refractive index (1.3330 - 1.5177 nD). It uses total reflection with automatic temperature compensation, and measures from 0 °C to 40 °C.
