The KERN TORA 3AA-B (model ORA 3AA) is a handheld analogue refractometer for beer. It carries a Brix scale read to 0.2 % and an original wort specific gravity scale from 1.000 to 1.130 read to 0.001, suited to the sugar content of unfermented wort.
