This HIOKI 3490 analog MΩ HiTester tests insulation at 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V DC with indicator scales of 100, 100 and 4000 MΩ, and adds a continuity check. It runs on four AA alkaline cells for about 20 hours at the 500 V range.
