The Flexbar 15325 precision contact tip combines a 4 mm carbide ball with a 1/4 in tip length and a M2.5 thread, for drop-style dial indicators with an M2.5 metric thread. Carbide tips are chosen for repetitive measuring because they wear far more slowly than steel.
Flexbar offers these precision tips with Grade 25 tungsten carbide or ruby balls.
