Flexbar 15158 is a 1 lb cake of reusable low-temperature Fixturing Alloy that melts at 158 °F. It supports thin-walled parts during machining: instead of shrinking as it solidifies it grows slightly, locking into the workpiece, and afterwards it is melted out in hot water. It is also used as a tube filler for bending, swaging, rolling or drawing tubes.
