The Flexbar 13421 extends the Shallow-Test ranges to 0.55-7.20 in internal and 0.24-6.92 in external. Like the 13420 it is hardened tool steel with a black oxide finish, and it carries a separate test indicator for shallow bores, ODs and slots. Made in the USA.
