Flexbar 13123 is a carton of three Acrylic flat shields in the 12 x 16 in size, each 1/8 in thick. They are replacements for the Flexbar safety shield on the universal positioning magnetic stand with on/off lever, and Flexbar states that concave and flat shields are interchangeable on all models. The same size is also listed in Lexan under a separate part number.
