ETI 891-040 is the RayTemp 3 infrared thermometer supplied with a 2-point traceable calibration certificate, for sites that need documented accuracy from day one. The thermometer itself is the foodservice RayTemp 3: ±1 °C across the 0 to 65 °C food range, a circular laser framing the 12:1 spot, and a -60 to 500 °C range in a compact ABS body.
