The ETI 810-950 EcoTemp is a catering thermometer with max/min memory and a display hold, for checking cooking and hot or cold holding temperatures within HACCP routines. It comes with a detachable stainless steel penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 125 mm) on a 700 mm silicone lead and measures from -49.9 to 199.9 °C with 0.1 °C/°F resolution. The case includes Biomaster antimicrobial protection.
