The ETI 810-873 is the 130 mm digital milk thermometer with a green seal, reading in Celsius. It clips onto a milk jug and beeps when the milk reaches the frothing temperature you have chosen from three presets or set yourself. The coloured seal makes it easy to tell thermometers apart behind the bar, and the 130 mm stem suits standard jug sizes.
