The ETI 810-850 is the 130 mm, Fahrenheit-only version of ETI's digital milk jug thermometer, identified by its yellow cover. It clips to the milk jug and beeps once the milk reaches the chosen frothing temperature, using one of three presets or a custom setting. Readings settle in 2–4 seconds, and the display shuts off after five minutes of inactivity to save the LR44 batteries.
