The ETI 323-060 combines the short Type K rigid between-pack probe with a coiled lead that extends when needed. The flat rigid Ø4.5 x 130 mm probe slides between packets or boxes for non-destructive checks, which makes it a good fit for cold food deliveries. It covers -75 to 250 °C, responds in under two seconds and is accurate to ±0.5 °C (0 to 100 °C).
