ETI 323-028 combines the right-angled (90°) heavy duty surface probe with a coiled lead. It suits high temperature checks on griddles and hotplates, with a Ø12 x 130 mm type K probe that responds in less than 1 second. The thermocouple is accurate to BS EN 60584-1:2013, and straight-lead and straight-probe versions are listed alongside it.
