The ETI 294-931 pairs the Stainless Steel ThermaData Pro data logger with a 100 mm probe. Logging covers -20 to 125 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy, and the IP66/67 stainless steel body targets food, pharmaceutical and other high-temperature work. An integral USB interface handles set-up and download, and an automatic PDF summary is produced.
