The ETI 291-121 ThermaData Thermocouple Logger accepts two type K thermocouple probes and records from -100 to +1372 °C. It is waterproof to IP67, has a digital display, and stores up to 120,000 readings (60,000 per channel). Data is downloaded via USB-C into the free ThermaData Hub software; probes are not included.
