Built with a type T sensor, the ETI 137-387 high temperature fibreglass wire probe is 1000 mm long and suits ovens, hot cupboards and other heated cabinets. Its Ø3 mm wire is quoted for -60 to 600 °C, and the type T sensor is accurate to ±0.2 °C (-20 to 70 °C). The wire is fibreglass covered for use in hot equipment.
