The ETI 133-647 is a Q Series Type K air probe supplied with a clip, so the Ø3.5 x 50 mm sensor can be held in position to monitor air temperature in ovens, smokers and food processing equipment. A braided fibreglass lead takes the measurement back to the instrument, and the probe covers -75 to 600 °C.
