TR-7-UXB Dwyer The small, explosion-proof Safe-T-Ground gadget is intended for use in dangerous environments. Its sturdy 356-T6 cast aluminum alloy (copper free) housing has an electrical rating of DPDT, 10 amps, 125 VAC, and 60 Hz contact rating. It requires a power supply of 105-125 VAC 60 Hz with 7.75 watts (with light) or 1.75 watts (without light) and operates in the temperature range of -13 to 104°F (-25 to 40°C). Additionally, a 220-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power supply is available as an alternative. It includes a 3/4" NPT conduit connection and measures 6-5/8" W x 10-3/8" H x 5-5/8" D. With 7/16" mounting lugs and an incorporated cast terminal strip for wiring, installation is simple. Two grounding studs and a molded polyethylene contactor with berylium copper contact clips are included with the Safe-T-Ground. A 16-2 type SO coiled cable, which retracts to 3' and stretches to 16', is also included.
