The 16.5" (41.9 cm) length and width of the Model 160G Averaging Air Flow Grid are precisely sensed thanks to the use of 16 sensing stations. To make the sensor grid easier to use in difficult-to-reach places, the user can set it at any angle and in any direction using the ball pivot joint and tightening screw. In order to provide a differential pressure signal to a gage or manometer where the readings can be translated into a velocity or flow reading, the provided color-coded tubing attaches to the inbuilt barbed fittings.
