Covering zero to 1000 µm (40 mils), the DeFelsko STDS2 is the S2 certified coated metal plate set on a steel (ferrous) substrate. DeFelsko lists it for PosiTector 6000 F0S, F45S, F90S and F90ES probes, plus PosiTest DFT Ferrous and Combo, giving inspectors a traceable way to check gauge accuracy as required by ISO and in-house quality procedures.
