The DeFelsko STDP1 is the P1 set of four certified polystyrene blocks, spanning 375 µm to 6.5 mm. DeFelsko lists it for PosiTector 6000 FT, FTS, NTS, FNTS and FTRS probes and the PosiTector 200 D, giving a traceable reference for gauges that measure over 1500 µm (60 mils).
