The DeFelsko PRBFHXS is the PosiTector 6000 FHXS probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is the high-range Xtreme probe for non-conductive coatings on steel, including hot or rough surfaces, measuring coatings on steel and other ferrous metals over a 0–10,000 µm (0–400 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
