The DeFelsko PRBF90ES is the PosiTector 6000 F90ES probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is a right-angle microprobe on an extended 350 mm (13.75 in) shaft, the longest of the microprobes, for reaching deep into confined steel parts, measuring coatings on steel and other ferrous metals over a 0–1150 µm (0–45 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
