Built on the Advanced gage body, the DeFelsko FNRS3 combines it with the PosiTector 6000 FNRS probe, a right-angle cabled combination probe for ferrous and non-ferrous substrates in low-headroom areas. With the FNRS fitted, the gauge reads 0–1500 µm (0–60 mils). For coatings on all metals in low headroom, this configuration helps inspectors who report against SSPC-PA 2, ISO 19840 or IMO PSPC and transfer data by WiFi or Bluetooth.
