Built on the Advanced gage body, the DeFelsko FLS3 combines it with the PosiTector 6000 FLS probe, a cabled large-range probe listed among DeFelsko's ferrous probes. With the FLS fitted, the gauge reads 0–38 mm (0–1.5 in). For coatings up to 38 mm on steel, this configuration helps inspectors who report against SSPC-PA 2, ISO 19840 or IMO PSPC and transfer data by WiFi or Bluetooth.
