With a Microdot connector on the top, the Dakota T-212-2001 is a 1/4 in high temperature dual element probe working at 5 MHz. It is highly damped and supports ThruPaint measurement. Dakota rates it to a maximum of 343°C (650°F).

Materials Dakota pairs with 5 MHz: steels, glass and thin plastics. Its twin crystals sit at a slight angle to each other for better near-surface focusing.
