The stationary OIL-Check 400 continuously measures the vaporous residual oil content of compressed air from 0.001 to 2.5 mg/m³ at 3 to 16 bar. A representative partial flow is taken from the line, so threshold breaches are seen at once and action can be taken to keep the air oil-free. It uses a PID (photo-ionisation detector) sensor.
