It has a PTFE seat. Gauge scales on this 110V unit: 10-55 SCFH Carbon Dioxide/ 10-60 SCFH Argon and 0-4000 PSIG/0-28,000 kPa. A thermostatically controlled heater in the 8068075-01-1 holds a steady vapour-phase stream for condensable gases.
