The CONCOA 5RV Series pipeline relief valve is a factory-set, tamper-proof relief valve for high flow gas lines. It is configured to order: choose a brass or 316 stainless steel body, an EPDM, neoprene, PTFE or FKM seat, an inline (MNPT to FNPT) or discharge-to-atmosphere style, a 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4 in NPT inlet, and a preset pressure between 10 and 2400 PSIG.
- Set pressure tolerance ±5% on increasing pressure
- Reseats at 90-95% of actual crack pressure
- Proof pressure 3700 PSIG (255 BAR); burst above 5000 PSIG
- High flow design limits pressure rise as demand grows
- Cleanliness meets or exceeds CGA G-4.1
