The CONCOA 455 Series provides primary pressure control of highly corrosive gases such as chlorides, sulfides and other acid-forming gases. Its capsule and diaphragm are Dursan® treated, an amorphous silicon oxide finish with more corrosion resistance than 316L stainless steel. CONCOA strongly advises a deep purge assembly to keep moisture out of the gas stream. The 455 Series has no single part number: outlet pressure range, gauges, connections and options are chosen when the ordering code is built. Choices named by CONCOA include a passivated build with stainless steel CAPSULE® and diaphragm for fluorine service, or a non-passivated Dursan build.
