The CONCOA 411 Series is a two stage regulator for primary control of non-corrosive, ultra-high purity or liquefied gases where delivery must stay constant regardless of supply pressure changes, such as a depleting cylinder. Each unit is configured to order, with outlet pressure range, gauge set, connections and options chosen when the order is placed. Choices named by CONCOA include 3500 or 4500 PSIG inlet ratings and factory options for single station manifold use with or without purge, a low-pressure alarm or multiple inlets.
- CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration in both stages
- Metal-to-metal diaphragm seal
- Maximum inlet pressure (bare body): 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); 3500 PSIG (240 BAR) optional; or 4500 PSIG (310 BAR) optional
- Body: Chrome-plated brass barstock; bonnet: chrome-plated brass barstock
- Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; seat: PCTFE (first stage); PTFE (second stage)
- Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze
- Helium leak integrity 1 x 10⁻⁹ scc/sec; Cv 0.1
