The capacitive sensor KG6000-KG-3150NFPKG/PL/2P/US/IO from ifm electronic with an M18 x 1 plastic thread, has an operating voltage of 10-30 V DC. The output function can be easily switched from NO to NC via a selector switch. The sensing range of the capacitive sensor is 15 mm and can be adjusted between 0.5-30 mm, with non-flush mounting. An optical adjustment aid helps with the setting. The electrical connection of the capacitive sensor KG6000-KG-3150NFPKG/PL/2P/US/IO is via an M12 plug connection. Thanks to increased noise immunity and a protection rating of IP65/IP67/IP69K, the sensor can be used in almost all applications. The sensor can also be programmed with a PC via IO-Link, then extended features such as time functions or PNP/NPN switching are available to the user.
