Brannan TC-023 is a THERMcert digital batch sampling thermometer supplied with a traceable calibration certificate fixed at -18 °C and 0 °C, plus a statement of accuracy. Its probe sits in a batch sampling bottle whose core temperature follows that of the stored samples, so readings are not upset by thermostat swings or cabinet door openings. An internal sensor shows room temperature at the same time.
