Brannan TC-008 is a THERMcert digital fridge thermometer supplied pre-calibrated at two fixed points, 0 °C and 35 °C, with a traceable calibration certificate. It shows fridge temperature from a probe on a 1 m cable with suction cup and room temperature from a built-in sensor at the same time. If the fridge leaves its safe zone, the LEDs flash and an alarm sounds for 5 seconds every minute. A version calibrated at -18 and 0 °C for freezers is listed as TC-021, and annual recalibration is recommended.
