Brannan 59/006/1 is a spirit filled laboratory thermometer to the ASTM 6F Low Cloud & Pour pattern, reading -112 to +70 °F in 2.0 °F divisions, for 76 mm partial immersion, with a maximum length of 235 mm; this pattern is toluene filled. It is manufactured to the original ASTM E1-14 liquid-in-glass thermometer specification. Stated accuracy is ±2 °F to -28 °F / ±4 °F below -28 °F. The LAB060 range was developed as a spirit filled alternative to the standard mercury filled ASTM thermometers used in laboratory test methods.
