Brannan 55/059/1 is a spirit filled laboratory thermometer to the ASTM S59F Tank pattern, reading 0 to +180 °F in 1.0 °F divisions, for total immersion, with a maximum length of 305 mm. It is manufactured to ASTM E2251-14, which covers liquid-in-glass ASTM thermometers with low-hazard precision liquids. Stated accuracy is ±0.5 °F. The LAB060 range was developed as a spirit filled alternative to the standard mercury filled ASTM thermometers used in laboratory test methods.
