Brannan 44/827/0 is a 305 mm LO-tox laboratory thermometer with a Celsius-only scale reading -10 to +330 °C in 2.0 °C divisions, brown filling, for total immersion and accurate to ±2.0 °C at 90 °C. LO-tox is a filling developed to give a wide temperature span with the lowest practical level of hazard, and its quality and legibility make these thermometers a practical substitute for mercury types.
